Start your day with soothing stretches on the edge of the Caribbean Sea—nude as you wish! This gentle yoga session is the perfect way to awaken your body and mind, preparing you for a full day of workshops, connections, and play. Suitable for all levels, this practice is slow and mindful, allowing you to move at your own pace, participate as much or as little as you like, and honor your body in its own unique way. Come as you are and enjoy the freedom of movement, connection, and relaxation in a beautiful, open space. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or feel free to grab one from the gym or use a beach towel!
